This Refund Policy outlines the rules and guidelines for all purchases made through Kruzby Digital Media. Because our services are digital and begin processing instantly, refunds are limited and provided only under specific conditions. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

This Refund Policy outlines how refunds are handled for all digital services provided by Kruzby Digital Media. Because our services are virtual and start processing shortly after an order is placed, refunds are generally not possible.

By placing an order on shop.kruzby.com, you agree to the terms below.


1. No Refunds for Delivered Orders

All services offered by Kruzby are digital, non-tangible, and non-returnable.
Once an order has been delivered—fully or partially—no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This includes situations where:

  • You changed your mind

  • You purchased the wrong service

  • You entered the wrong username or link

  • Your account turned private during delivery

  • You lost followers due to platform updates

  • You expected specific engagement results not included in the service

Delivered = Non-refundable.


2. Refunds for Undelivered Orders Only

Refunds are only provided when:

  • The order has not started AND

  • The service cannot be delivered for technical reasons

If delivery has not begun, you may request a refund by contacting us.

We will not refund if:

  • Delivery has already started

  • You provided incorrect order details

  • You requested cancellation after processing began

  • Delivery was paused due to changes in your account (private, username changed, posts deleted, etc.)


3. Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved (for undelivered orders only):

  • Refund will be issued back to your original payment method OR

  • Added as Kruzby Wallet Balance (preferred for faster use)

Processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on your payment provider.


4. Non-Delivery Due to Customer Error

No refunds will be issued if delivery fails due to customer-related issues, such as:

  • Providing an incorrect username or link

  • Making the account private

  • Removing or hiding posts

  • Changing the username during order

  • Violating platform rules, leading to restrictions

These orders are considered ineligible for refunds.


5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Order cancellation

  • Blacklisting from future service use

6. Drops or Future Changes

Kruzby is not responsible for:

  • Loss of followers/likes/views due to platform updates

  • Algorithm changes by Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube

  • Removals caused by platform detection or cleanup activities

These situations are not eligible for refunds.


7. Digital Service Nature

All Kruzby products are virtual services.
Because of this:

  • They cannot be returned

  • They cannot be reversed

  • They cannot be refunded once delivered

This is standard practice for digital promotional services.
